In this session, Patrick Emerson McCormick, CIPP/US of Womble Bond Dickinson’s Privacy and Cybersecurity Team will discuss the ethical implications of generative AI technology and its use by attorneys and businesses. This session will address emerging issues, attorney obligations with regard to client confidentiality, identifying and avoiding AI “hallucinations,” addressing “deepfakes,” and more.
