DIRECTORY ORDERS

To place a directory order, please complete and return the order form above to the

PCBA Office.  Payments can be made by check (made paybable to the Pima County Bar

Association) or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover).

PCBA Members:             $25.00 per copy

Non-PCBA Members:      $50.00 per copy

* For home/office delivery, mail delivery or post office box delivery,

please add $5.00 per directory for shipping & handling.

UPDATE LABEL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Every effort is made to ensure that the directory is current and accurate at the time

of production.   Updates of listings are provided in PCBA's monthly newspaper, The Writ.

Self-stick labels for the "Attorneys" section are available to subscribers at the costs

listed below. The labels can be applied over the attorneys' individual listings,

keeping the photo intact, but ensuring current contact information. Labels are

provided from October to May (an 8-month period). Please see directory order

form link above.

PCBA Members:         $20.00 per label subscription

Non-PCBA Members:  $40.00 per label subscription

* Non-PCBA Members may also obtain updated listing information by

subscribing to The Writ. A one-year subscription is $36.00.

SEND US YOUR UPDATED INFORMATION OR PHOTO

We encourage individuals to contact us whenever their information changes

and needs updating. Updated photographs can also be sent to our office.

The annual deadline for receiving updates for the following year's directory

is JUNE 1.

Contact Information: Updated contact information must be received in written

form and can be sent by email, mailed, delivered, or faxed to our office.

Photos: New photos can be sent by email or mailed/delivered to our office.

The best photos are in jpg format, black-and-white, and a manageable file

size (less than 1000 KB).
