The Pima County Bar Association is a private, voluntary, non-profit association of members within the legal community. Like all voluntary professional associations, we provide a variety of services to our members. These services include publication of a monthly newspaper, a directory of attorneys in Pima County, and social or networking opportunities, and Continuing Legal Education programs. We further offer some services to the general public, including a Lawyer Referral Service program, a Qualified Income Legal Team program, and the provision of some Legal forms for purchase.

Southern Arizona Legal Aid, Inc. (SALA) offers pro bono services for clients who meet their income 

eligibility guidelines set by the government and other funding sources.  To be screened for eligibility, contact 

the SALA office at (520) 623-9461 on weekdays between the hours of 9AM to 11AM and 1PM to 4:30PM.  

They also accept walk-ins at 64 E. Broadway Blvd. in Tucson during the same hours.

Two websites that may be of further assistance with free or low-income legal help resources help are:      

AZLawHelp.org and the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education (see "Outreach" link).

If you are a senior citizen over 60 years of age, the Pima Council on Aging offers some legal assistance

with Elder Law attorneys.  You may contact their Helpline at (520) 790-7262 or visit their website to learn more

about their assistance.

You can contact the Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) program. For a referral fee of $35, you can consult with an attorney for up to half an hour. For more information, call the LRS phone line at (520) 623-4625. There are no attorneys at the PCBA Office.

The Qualified Income Legal Team (QUILT) program of PCBA is NOT A FREE SERVICE, however the

attorneys participating in this program have agreed to accept cases at reduced rates.  The QUILT program 

only covers cases in bankruptcy, divorce, DUI, foreclosure, general civil litigation, guardianship, landlord/

tenant, and simple wills.  To see if you meet the QUILT program's eligibility qualifications, please refer to the
